17 September 2026: – DataFlow Group, a global leader in Primary Source Verification (PSV) and specialized background screening solutions, today announced the signing of a cooperation agreement with Kuwait's Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The agreement supports the Ministry's efforts to strengthen the verification of academic qualifications and documents, and to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the services it provides to beneficiaries.
The agreement was signed in the presence of His Excellency Dr. Nader Abdullah Al-Jalal, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, as part of the Ministry's continued drive to modernize its credential-verification processes.
On behalf of the Ministry of Higher Education, the agreement was signed by Dr. Badr Al-Busairi, Undersecretary of the Ministry, in the presence of Abdullah Al-Mousawi, Director of Legal Affairs; Dr. Khaled Al-Barrak, Comptroller of Legal Opinion and Studies; and Advisor Khaled Al-Duwaikh. On behalf of DataFlow Group, the agreement was signed by Sanjeev Agrawal, Chief Operating Officer, in the presence of Eng. Rafi Hattar, Chief Commercial Officer.
Commenting on the agreement, H.E. Dr. Nader Al-Jalal said the partnership with DataFlow Group reflects the Ministry's commitment to raising the efficiency of academic credential verification procedures and accelerating their completion, by drawing on specialized expertise in verifying documents directly with their original, issuing sources.
Dr. Al-Jalal added that the Ministry is working to expand its partnerships with specialized international entities, broadening access to certificate-issuing institutions worldwide and giving the Ministry greater flexibility in navigating the diversity of global education systems and academic institutions. He noted that the agreement will help modernize the Ministry's working mechanisms and deploy digital solutions across verification processes, raising the accuracy and reliability of outcomes and supporting stronger, evidence-based decisions on academic qualifications.
For his part, Dr. Badr Al-Busairi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Higher Education, said the agreement will directly improve the efficiency of services provided to beneficiaries by shortening the turnaround time for academic certificate verification transactions and enhancing the mechanisms used to track them — improving overall service quality and simplifying procedures related to academic qualifications.
Dr. Al-Busairi added that, in the coming phase, the Ministry will work to leverage the capabilities the agreement provides to develop its operating environment and improve the efficiency of processing verification requests, supporting faster turnaround on transactions and greater integration between the technical and administrative aspects of the process.
